What Happens?

Following the education session and installation, send a post survey to the directors for their feedback. Plan on returning the shelter in person or via zoom at least 30 days but no more than 60. Take note of what is still intact, what may need to be replaced and if there are any potential hazards you may have missed. We like to have a discussion with the director for feedback on why some items remained intact and why some may have been removed. This can be both a discussion and another survey- either way, explain to the director that this is meant to help them maintain their resident's safety.
